You’ve arrived. The day has finally come and you’re a published author. So, now what?
Marketing your book is the single most important thing you’ll do past writing the darned thing. If you’re wondering how to do that, I have a few suggestions.
Book Reviews
Invite your friends and family members, and particularly those readers who love your writing, to read and review your book. Once you’ve posted the Book and a Summary here for the world to see, your readers, friends and family can come by and post a book review in the comments section of this website. No only will your book be recognized and promoted, but your reviewers will be able to link back to their websites where they’ll make additional comments on your book.
Blog Tours
You take your book and your readers on a blog tour of places and people who are interested in promoting your book. Once they’ve added your blog post to their website (here) you’ll want to invite readers to view your interview and your book here. Promoting this site, helps you promote your book.
These are two of the most effective means of marketing your books online.
